We are currently looking to add a couple of awesome people to our team!!

We have THREE positions available starting in February, 2019

#1. Role Title: Program & Event Coordinator

Role Hours: Monday 10:30am - 2:30pm

                    Tuesday 10:30am - 2:30pm

                    Friday 11:00am - 4:00pm

                    Saturday 8:00am - 

* Must be available two to three Saturdays a month. Occasionally additional events may come up! :) 

* Most hours are between 10:00am and 4:30pm

* 2-4 hours a week for social media, advertising etc. This can be done remotely. 

* Occasional coffee (staff) meetings (1 -2 times per month.)

* There is potential for longer term if the candidate wants to grow with our company! 

Role Location: Chilliwack, BC

* This role's primary location is based between Langley and Chilliwack.

* Pick up of booth materials and product will be required.

* Candidate must have reliable vehicle capable of transporting booth items & products to (and from) events.

Role Tasks & Activities:

Front of shop:


* Take orders, handle cash, sell products (sociability is key!)

* Prepare desserts, drinks and confectioneries.

* Stock shelves and keep displays and shop tidy.

Back of shop (office):

* Keep track of weekly pre-orders

* Assistance with production on large orders.

* Run our Spotlight Vendor Program: includes keeping track of 

* Assistance in launching new products and programs.

* Take a lead initiative within our fundraising program.

* Email  to schools, sports clubs, dance studios, corporate companies etc.

Who we are looking for:

* Someone who can fulfill ALL of the above criteria :)

* A minimum 3 years customer service experience (direct interaction in a public setting.)

* Someone who has market and/or retail experience (Foodsafe or Marketsafe a plus.)

* An individual who can work independently without much direction. 

* Someone that demonstrates common sense and has a sharp ability to problem solve.

* You have no trouble using email, spreadsheets, social media platforms etc.

* You are an innovative thinker and willing to bring ideas to the table.

* You are motivated by achieving goals and love to work from lists!

* You LOVE variety and are adaptable to changing environments.

* You love cotton candy as much as we do!

* You think this role sounds AWESOME! 

Now what's in it for you?

* Position starts at $14.50/hour

* $10.00 in free products each shift! 

* Bonus is paid out on Corporate and Fundraising sales

* Gas mileage paid for product pickups within certain zones

* Projects and tasks worked on remotely are paid individually
